After a long home search we finally found our dream home. There is so much room in this home, it’s unbelievable. Our three bedroom home is over 1500 square feet,  has a beautifully appointed Casita in the bck yard and a gourmet chef’s dream kitchen. We honestly didn’t think we were going to be able to swing this purchase; but Bob sat us down and mapped out all the figures and helped us develop a financial plan for the future in our home. After close of escrow we ran into some permit issues with the City of San Diego that the seller never disclosed.
