AND HERE IT IS. I just closed escrow on this beautiful home in Rancho Bernardo. The best part is the back yard. It’s lush and green, and has roses everywhere. My buyer was so jazzed when I found it for her. She’s into gardening and cooking. The yard even had the gardening beds already set up. This two bedroom home plus den was located in a quiet neighborhood of RB and my buyer got it for a very reasonable price. Sooooo…be careful what you wish for. I just might find it for you! Actually it’s Seven Oaks. Even though it’s a senior community my buyer got a lotta house for her money. Not to mention the quiet and safe neighborhood. (hint, hint, it was in the low 300′s)
