BOB FOUND A BEAUTY!
Bob has been a long time friend and my Realtor for life. He has found me the most interesting properties, including this one, and done so in such creative ways. This is my new home in San Carlos. Outside the house is a tropical paradise including pool, jacquzzi and gazebo. I upgraded the pool to solar heat and did a lot of fun remodel/redecorating inside. The floor plan is so open. Now I entertain all the time. The best thing about working with Bob is that he is thorough, tenacious and never gives up. He sold one of my condos by holding it open each week until it sold. Then he found my dream condo with San Diego harbor views by writing the owners on the top floor of the building I wanted. He sold that one and found me this home in San Carlos.
