COULD YOU USE SOME GOOD NEWS? …Hey, some might be coming our way here in San Diego and across the country. Our market is starting to free up and move a little more. I”VE SEEN IT..in some of the neighborhoods in which I specialize. WHAT’S HAPPENING? Well, to begin with, investors are starting to buy up homes and condos, and in some cases, paying all cash. Maybe they’re just looking for the GOOD DEALS…Whatever it is, it is causing some movement for everybody, and this is a good thing. I’M STARTING TO SEE equity listings (homes that have equity and not a short sale or foreclosure) become more prevalent in our inventory; and these turn into quick sales, stabilizing our average sales prices.
